Green tea
Green tea is a powerful supplement that has been widely used for immune-enhancing effects and fat loss. It helps your body burn fat faster, increases metabolic rate and boosts your immune system and mental alertness.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules two times daily 30 minutes before meals with a glass of water.
